We and she had great service from them. This time, after toying with buying a Mercedes for a few years we took the plunge. The dealership is very busy, and the associate I worked with a year ago when considering a purchase wasn't available. I was quickly referred to an associate who was new to the dealership by the efficient front desk. I knew what car and the options that I wanted. The associate Matthew Villacis was not at all pushy on options, and was eager to get me out to do a test drive. Having the ability to experience a test drive during a walk in is sometimes unusual when dealing with BMW or MB dealers, particularly Rallye where they require an appointment, even if you are a previous buyer. Car drove great, and we got to business. My experience in working with lease pricing with other dealerships, both domestic and foreign buyers has been less than ideal if they sense you don't know the formula to calculate monthly payments. While Matt worked up the price on the Helms pricing tool, I did mine on a scratch pad. Our difference was a whopping one cent. We went back and forth on a price for a few minutes, and after the manager came over, we settled after about a two minute discussion. Nothing like the many unprofessional experiences I've had with other dealerships over the years. The car we wanted was not in inventory, but within two days, a car was located and we took delivery one week later. The acceptance and delivery process, including the obligatory visit with the Finance Manager, was less than 90 minutes. Paperwork was easy (my teenage nephew accompanied me and commented that the 640i BMW his parents leased over the summer was a half day event with tons more paperwork for a lease) and after a demo of features we were on our way. If you want to be treated like a very good customer by a very professional staff that is very supportive of new and experienced sales associates, I highly recommend Helms Brothers, and the associate we worked with Matt Villacis. More

NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT GO I was labeled an exporter and told I owned 4 GLS's... I was provided no PROOF and was also informed I had a car recently exported and again, NO PROOF I was labeled an exporter and told I owned 4 GLS's... I have one GLS in my name for my mother, her credit is not good and I did her a favor, what son wouldn't do that for his mother? she can afford to pay but because of PERSONAL reasons, her credit isn't strong. When confronted, I shown that I am currently leasing one (again for my mother) and have the insurance in my name since I have USAA and am a Veteran( who has a clean record ), you receive a $500 incentive off, so why not? Anyway, this dealership plays games, when explaining the situation, Jennifer Land told me my story was b's' and I'm lying.... Who is she to even criticize, this is life and life not perfect, my parents split and her credit was effected from the divorce. Also, I'm trading my darn car in on top of it so why would I even export anything? I work 3 jobs, I work HARD, I felt mistreated probably because of my age (i'm under 30) and the fact I can afford to pay for a 80K+ car. Anyway, Mercedes cannot even provide the information upon request and are playing games, I don't recommend doing business here. I'm financing the GLS too, I can understand the red flag if I was paying all cash but cmon. I did get loud with the staff but that's because I was mistreated, Jennifer Lang and Greg think they're slick but I'm not fooled. I understand the reason for caution but this is straight up RIDICULOUS. More
