Best person to look for when u need a MB I went to many auto shops but never found one like him, to help me get through the process so smooth and calm. It was my first time getting a MB for m I went to many auto shops but never found one like him, to help me get through the process so smooth and calm. It was my first time getting a MB for myself. I was so nervous because i didnt really know uncle about MB cars and how it works. My uncle introduced him to me because my uncle also bought a MB from him couple years ago.. Even after years, he is still helping my uncle to get through his questions and stuffs. Maurice is definitely not the person who try to get u down and close the sales. Instead, he helped me to look for the car that i really like, helped me to go over the function and usage and got a really great deal for me. I wanted the car so bad on the Christmas unfortunately it wont be ready to pick up for another month. He did his best to hold the car for me , which was just came to the warehouse with same model with even better looking sport version. He came into the store on his day off and stayed late to help me with the paperwork and drove me home safely. I got my car the next day and again he helped me to go through again with test drive. I really appreciated his help,he makes my Christmas even brighter this year. If you had him before, you wont look for another. More

I walked in without any appointment double minded if I will buy an E-350 or 5- series (I previously had two beamers) but they changed my mind. Also, I went to two other Mercedes dealers but unfortunately had to walk-out. The financial manager('Jon Saint-Louis") kept it very simple and got us approved right away. And off-course the Sales Manager- John Kunz what a great guy, this guy knows what "World Class Treatment" is and he makes sure his customers get the best. I had to give an award for the most professional outstanding and value their customer award it would go to Kathleen Baade, John Junz and Jon Saint-Louis from this dealership. Leased GLC 300 My wife and I bought a VW Jetta for our daughter about thirteen years ago, and she followed up and bought one herself when she returned to the NY area My wife and I bought a VW Jetta for our daughter about thirteen years ago, and she followed up and bought one herself when she returned to the NY area about seven years ago. We and she had great service from them. This time, after toying with buying a Mercedes for a few years we took the plunge. The dealership is very busy, and the associate I worked with a year ago when considering a purchase wasn't available. I was quickly referred to an associate who was new to the dealership by the efficient front desk. I knew what car and the options that I wanted. The associate Matthew Villacis was not at all pushy on options, and was eager to get me out to do a test drive. Having the ability to experience a test drive during a walk in is sometimes unusual when dealing with BMW or MB dealers, particularly Rallye where they require an appointment, even if you are a previous buyer. Car drove great, and we got to business. My experience in working with lease pricing with other dealerships, both domestic and foreign buyers has been less than ideal if they sense you don't know the formula to calculate monthly payments. While Matt worked up the price on the Helms pricing tool, I did mine on a scratch pad. Our difference was a whopping one cent. We went back and forth on a price for a few minutes, and after the manager came over, we settled after about a two minute discussion. Nothing like the many unprofessional experiences I've had with other dealerships over the years. The car we wanted was not in inventory, but within two days, a car was located and we took delivery one week later. The acceptance and delivery process, including the obligatory visit with the Finance Manager, was less than 90 minutes. Paperwork was easy (my teenage nephew accompanied me and commented that the 640i BMW his parents leased over the summer was a half day event with tons more paperwork for a lease) and after a demo of features we were on our way. If you want to be treated like a very good customer by a very professional staff that is very supportive of new and experienced sales associates, I highly recommend Helms Brothers, and the associate we worked with Matt Villacis. More
