He was very personable and extremely knowledgable about all of the vehciles, their engines and specifications, options etc. No hard sell or pushy sales cliches. We didn't buy the first time we went when he showed us few models. We then shopped at other delaers and priced out the car I wanted - an E class diesel. When we went back to Peter he gave us a lwoer price than the other dealers and it was a comfortable negotiation. I would hihgly recommend him and Helms to anyone interested in a new Mercedes. More
