First Mercedes purchase and was excited until I picked up the car. We paid cash for the GLE and on the day I arrived the salesman told me to swipe my card for $70. Meanwhile the certified bank check was for the car. We paid cash for the GLE and on the day I arrived the salesman told me to swipe my card for $70. The salesman then mentioned he would would see about getting us the all weather mats and called me day and night, but couldn’t get them. Very bad experience. I would NOT recommend purchases from this dealer. More
