Inventory is always low or non exsistant. Takes month for loaner repairs take at least 2 weeks parts can take months and even if you have appt for express oil change it can take 3 or 4 hours! Made an online appointment for maintenance and repair work. Showed up at service drive and told to go to lube center. When I arrived at the lube center, the advisor told me they wouldn't be able to look work. Showed up at service drive and told to go to lube center. When I arrived at the lube center, the advisor told me they wouldn't be able to look at any of my concerns other than maintenance. I insisted that because I made the appointment it is not up to me to decide where the vehicle should go and that I would just like the service work done. Received a call back from another advisor stating I could leave my vehicle there for 3 weeks and then they could look at it. I'm curious as to how I should function without a vehicle for 3 weeks without notice. More
I stopped in on a lark to check on a Jeep Rubicon I'd been keeping my eye on. A young man by the name of Zach was the first to greet us on the lot, very personable and professional. We chatted for a few been keeping my eye on. A young man by the name of Zach was the first to greet us on the lot, very personable and professional. We chatted for a few minutes and I decided to take things a little further so we went inside the sales office to talk turkey. I made and offer, Zach talked with his manager and countered. We repeated doing that one more time and reached a deal that was amenable to both of us, there was never any pressure or pushing. The deal was done in 15 minutes, I called my wife to come down to the dealership for signing the papers, we live about a mile away. Drove the Jeep home and next day noticed a spot of oil on my garage floor, went right back to the dealer. Both Zach and the sales manager I'd dealt with the day before were both there. The manager took a look and immediately had the Jeep taken into the shop, put up on a rack and checked, seal leak in the front differential. They said they have to keep the Jeep overnight, get it taken care of at no charge, and even offered me a loaner car, which I didn't need as I live only a mile away. The next day I received a call from the shop manager saying the Jeep was all fixed up and that they would deliver it to my home.in ten minutes. What a great experience it was dealing with friendly folks that stand behind their product, I highly recommend anyone looking or a new or used vehicle to check out Henry Brown GMC; no pressure, great service, friendly and professional folks to deal with. The sale was easy but after receiving the vehicle I do not believe the salesman shared all the information. The truck was filthy and not detailed as they said it would be.
