Service department was highly communicative with the procedure for replacing the tires on my car and were happy to give me multiple options for new tires. Brett was great, he went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. Brett arranged a tow for us, got it in the very next morning and had the car duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. Bought my 2nd BMW last week with Badis Boussetta, given he's new - the experience was actually great, he was attentive and helpful during the test drive and answered all my questions about CPO investories. he's new - the experience was actually great, he was attentive and helpful during the test drive and answered all my questions about CPO investories. Only neg was Omar. Too much idle chatter which I tried to tolerate. Then too much personal talk about buying his own house and how the Asians always were there first. I asked if he was profiling. After just seeing multiple Asians killed in Atlanta, this was a very insensitive & inappropriate comment. Very disappointed in the business deal end of my purchase. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I feel like this is another case of trying to take advantage of a woman buying a car alone. Please stop! More

Jing Lau was wonderful ... Though our first impression was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was sent to a location long distance away getting a safety check ... Then said “all BMW’s drive the same so not a big deal” yikes ! Trying to tell us to sign papers on a vehicle we can’t even test drive ... We said that ... Vehicle was delivered but had to wait about 45 minutes ... now I’m worried the safety check want completed ...as we bought it and drive it away same day More
