Rohan Singh is amazing! I hate buying cars. After doing a lot of research I settled on a car and found a better price for a better car at this dealership. I went to buy it an I hate buying cars. After doing a lot of research I settled on a car and found a better price for a better car at this dealership. I went to buy it and it was perfect. Rohan helped me every step of the way. I was actually happy by the end of the process and had a great experience. I had the car checked by my mechanic and we noticed a crack in the headlight. (It was not very noticeable and you had to be really up close to see it.) I called Rohan to see what could be done (kind of freaking out internally) and he walked me through everything. I brought the car back and when they saw the problem they offered to fix it for free. They also threw in some wheel locks for free for my troubles. The only hitch for me was that I live rather far away from the dealership - 1 1/2 to 2 hours with traffic. My schedule was nuts and I had house guests and a huge party to host that week and finding time to go back was hard. Rohan volunteered to come pick my car up and leave me with a loaner and then return my car once it was fixed. He did this on his day off (I had no idea until he arrived) and didn't complain once. He was so flexible and understanding and accommodating. I could not have asked for more. I was beyond blown away by the attention and care that was given to me. Not just by Rohan but by all of the staff that I interacted with. They even brought me snacks while I waited. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. More

On July 22 when I walked into Herb Chambers of Seekonk, I had worries about "the usual" treatment and hassles experienced in the past when buying a ca On July 22 when I walked into Herb Chambers of Seekonk, I had worries about "the usual" treatment and hassles experienced in the past when buying a car. I was (happily) completely wrong in those assumptions. Thomas London was one of the nicest, most patient, informative and friendly people I've ever dealt with and was the epitome of professionalism. I bought a car that I later traded for a different car using the Herb Chambers 30 day return policy. The first car was exactly what I'd wanted but after just a few weeks, I realized I needed a bigger car. So on Aug 7, I returned! Despite the reshuffling of all the previous paperwork, I was still dealt with in a happy and professional manner. I've had my CR-V now for just over a month and am thrilled with my choice. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and pleasant and I would recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk to anyone. And if you happen to get Thomas London as a salesperson, well, you can't go wrong! This is our second car purchase from this dealership/sales-rep and have had an excellent experience both times. Medhi is exceptional - he remembered us by first name after a 3 two year gap and made us feel like his top priority on a very busy day. We got a fair price and fast service - we were in and out in about 3 hours. Bill Pancaccione handled our finance piece and it was a piece of cake. Great experience all around. Plus, the free ice cream was a nice touch on an unpleasantly hot day ;) More

We were greeted with a helpful simile from Ziad Rousan. After a quick explanation of our issue, our van was diagnosed with a serpentine belt issue. Ziad explained the repairs and cost. An hour and half later our van was washed and repaired. The total time was around 2 and half hours from start to finish. During this time, Josh allowed us to test drive a new CRV. Thank you everyone at Herb Chambers Honda keep up the good work! More
