Follow-up to my last review. Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex back in October, and just to repeat myself, John Vieira will be the ONLY person I will buy a car from, no one else. He's professional and went above and beyond. Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is lucky to have him on their team. To make a long, long, long story short, the Flex experienced an issue that was unexpected and something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. However, The GM, Scott Birtles, the Service Director, Tom (sorry, didn't catch his last name), and John all stepped up and got it taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised and felt taken care of. Although what happen to the car was quite frightening, the way I was taken care of made me feel better. I just got the car back and not sure if it's really all "good to go", but I was assured to contact Tom if anything else comes up. I normally equate car salesman to basically snake oil salesman, but that's not the case with the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. If and when I need a new car, I will not be going anywhere else. Why would I when I an just go to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk? More

Pleasant, hassle-free experience My husband and I had never been to this dealership before. We have been to other hard sell high pressure dealerships in the past. I have to say that this was truly a very stress-free, low-key experience. Our sales person was Tim Kane. We were interested in a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. .i have owned a 2006, 2010 and a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring. Being aware of the fact that Honda had redesigned this model, I was not certain that I would like the chans. Tim was very patient and thorough. He explained all of the important aspects of the vehicle. There were no high pressure tactics used. After careful consideration, I purchased the vehicle. Tim was efficient with the process, as was the Finance Department. Tim has a great sense of humor and I highly recommend doing business with him. I know that I will. More

Extremely happy customer! I will start by informing anyone who reads this that I usually do not write reviews. But I decided that this experience was too good not to share I will start by informing anyone who reads this that I usually do not write reviews. But I decided that this experience was too good not to share with the public. To begin, I was currently at the end of my 2nd consecutive 3 year lease from Metro/Greico Honda, which calls for an entirely different and negative review. This particular process began when we recently inquired about a 2017 Accord by email. Let me add that I have done extensive research on this automobile and knew exactly what I wanted, model, color, price, etc. Within minutes, I received a phone call, from Danielle in Internet Sales, confirming my request for information. She asked me exactly what I wanted and needed in this car, and in no time I was sent an email describing and listing all of the different options and finance plans available. We browsed through the given details thoroughly, which looked great, and we took a ride up to the dealership that evening. When we arrived, though we did not meet Danielle, another young lady greeted my wife and I and quickly directed us to a salesman, Rancier Matos. After the usual pleasantries, we got down to business. Due to the prior quotes I'd received earlier in the day, we had a good starting point for possible negotiations. Now when I received the given quote, though it looked good, I was still concerned that it was too good to be true or that there were going to be some hidden or extra fees. I was wrong. Rancier assured me that the price I was quoted was the price I was going to pay, and it was. There was absolutely no lying, misleading, up-selling, pushiness or strong-armed tactics involved anywhere in this transaction. This was the problem(s) that I had with Metro/Greico Honda, among others things, holding my keys hostage, (which was the final blow,) after having to ask/demand three times. Greico Honda provided my wife and I the worst car buying experience that we have ever had and thats after 2 consecutive 3 year leases. Rancier was upfront, straight to the point, friendly, courteous, relaxed and knowledgeable. I can see now that this is all proof of why his reviews are so positive. He made the car buying experience easy and pleasurable. Also, Bill from Finance is another staff member that helped us out. When it was time to dot the i's and cross the t's, Bill guided us through the process as well as informing us about some extras. Though we declined the extra options, Bill was very understanding and did not push or try to force us into anything we did not want, like many others would try. We visited or spoke with over 6 major Honda dealers, and Herb Chambers by far had the best prices let alone everything else. I am a very loyal person and I am already looking forward to leasing again in 3 years. As of now, they have a customer for life. Thanks again Rancier and Herb Chambers Honda! More

Hassle and stress free. Great courteous, I had a great experience with John Vera. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. By the time we test drove the car and returned to the dea I had a great experience with John Vera. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. By the time we test drove the car and returned to the dealership I was relaxed and confident that I want to the car and I was very thrilled that he was my sales person I didn't feel stressed and I didn't feel hassled which was important to me. I had experience the above other places and didn't make a purchase because I didn't feel comfortable . After telling us everything that he knew about the car and the procedure for purchase. He made sure he answered all of our questions and then we went to the financial manager Paul Zito. That was another good experience. Paul Zito was also very friendly courteous and knowledgeable he was able to help me get the financing that I needed. John Vieira made sure that the things that I wanted in the car and the things I want to be done was done I had a nice clean car and the experience was wonderful. This is a great place to purchase a car . I would be very happy to recommend friends and family to this dealership and to the people with whom I dealt with namely John Vierra and Paul Zito. Their set prices are below or in line with Kelly Blue Book and they show you the Carfax. My salesman Rancier Matos was friendly,knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. I explained the vehicle I wanted, the mileage, my price range and he found exactly what I had in mind. Their certified pre owned warranty is great and the also offer a reasonable extended package.
