The car I wanted...the experience that delighted! I went in with my 2013 Honda Odyssey (my second) for service. I was working with Tim and Malainne. AWESOME customer service skills. I had a simple repair to make and they even brought me back to meet with Dennis (Awesome Honda Technician) and see the van on the lift. I had been wanting a 4x4 for many years...but with new babies I always stayed with mini vans for their ease of use. Since the babies are now kids, I figured I'd "kick the tires" of a Pilot (what I've really wanted) for the heck of it! First, I shot the breeze with the GM (Scott Birtles) and he was extremely low pressure and fun to talk with...it was clear that his primary interests are to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships. Then, I was checking out a 2013 Pilot and was fortunate enough to call upon Homero Lina to ask for a test drive. Homero was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. A complete joy to work with! Well, we know how this story ends up...I loved the Pilot and within a few hours I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! Used Fit, Good as New I bought a 2008 Fit here and have loved it and knew when it was time to replace it, I would return to Herb Chambers in Seekonk. When I unexpectedly ne I bought a 2008 Fit here and have loved it and knew when it was time to replace it, I would return to Herb Chambers in Seekonk. When I unexpectedly needed to pass it on to a friend, Brenda Madrid did a search for me of used Fits in the region. As it happened, the only one newer than mine was at this dealership. When I came to test drive it, John Mitchell assisted me. I was an easy sale, as I already knew what I wanted. So I did not feel pressured at all. Within a few days, the car was ready for me, registration done and plates on it. John was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. The car was delivered looking almost brand new. I discovered one small place where the paint was scraped off, but the dealership offered to touch it up for me. I have had such a good experience with my Fits and with this Honda dealership, I can't imagine I'll ever go elsewhere to buy a car. More

My sales man was Miguel Nebot, he did a great job with keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on and worked hard to get the car I really wanted. That car was the 2014 Honda Accord, which is amazing by the way. The only stipulation I had was that I needed to have a standard transmission and Miguel work hard to make that happen. I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes E 350 at Herb Chambers in Seekonk MA, Sales Consultant Russ Curran took the time over the course of my three visits to the dealership to ensure I was happy with my selection. I tried at least a half dozen cars and each time Russ provided detailed information about the car. Russ was also quick to point out minor things with this used vehicle that were quickly addressed before I picked up the vehicle. Such details as a minor squeak in a pulley fixed immediately with no haggling, A minor touch up on the paint, done before the papers were signed, Russ inspected this car as if he was buying it, That is the sales experience everyone should have. I am very happy with the purchase. The car is in mint condition and was fully detailed upon delivery. I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk in search for an exact car; 2014 Civic EX-L in black. Even though they didn't have this car in stock, he found one and had it at the dealership within 24 hours (this was not an easy car to find, I know this because I had been searching myself!). Unfortunately Seekonk is a far commute for me, so being able to talk to Brian over the phone to work most every thing out was very helpful. He made the whole process extremely easy and always got back to me when he said he would. He took his time explaining everything and didn't laugh at my stupid questions! I appreciate all the help I have received and would recommend to anyone! Brian is an asset to this company! And I love my new Civic :) More

I then called my brother, who buys a new car every 3/4 years from Herb Chambers and he gave me Brian Delsesto's cell phone number. I called Brian and made arrangements to meet him at the dealership. I introduced myself to Brian and told him which vehicle I was interested in. Brian quickly accommodated me by bringing the car out front so I could look at it and take it for a test drive. Being a certified vehicle, the car sold itself. Brian Delsesto was very polite, courteous and very professional. I'm sure Brian had other matters pending but you would never know it. Outstanding Experience My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won’t easily forget. My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won’t easily forget. Homero delivered excellent service, was knowledgeable about the product, and was patient with several of my questions. Plus he had a super professional and friendly demeanor. I came back to the dealership prior to my lease ending because I was to going over the stipulated mileage on my former lease. (I had a difficult year with my 80-year mom being in and out of the hospital four times. All of those extra trips added to the overage.) Homero eased my fears and was able to get me best deal and into a new 2014 Honda Civic for the same amount that I was paying for the previous lease. Truly amazing!! He made sure that I was happy every step of the way, coordinated the logistics and all the necessary paperwork with his superiors. What a wonderful blessing. I love my new car and I will spread the word about how great this dealership is with everyone I know. On a scale of 1-10, both Homero Lima and Herb Chambers deserve a 10.
