We went into the dealership last Saturday and met with salesman Mike Rebola who we dealt with on a previous purchase. We knew we were looking for another Accord and were interested in the EX L v6. Mike took us for a test drive and we liked what we saw. He was great at explaining all the features and options available to us and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Mike was diligent at making sure all the extra options we chose were completed and the car was ready when promised. We also met with Bill Panaccione on the initial Saturday to go over additional options and financing. Bill was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He mentioned things we hadn’t even considered such as Simonizing and tire protection. We’re glad he did. On the day of delivery, Kevin Raymond met with us to go over all of the features in our new Honda (My how things have changed in 7 years.) Kevin explained everything very thoroughly and took his time to make sure we understood these new features. We’ve been purchasing cars from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk since 1992 and will continue to do so. Their sales and services have always been very good to us, as we have all our service done at this dealership and always have. We had come in recently to trade in a Hyundai Veloster and purchase a Honda Accord. We had a pretty complicated deal because of a lot of negative equity in our trade. This is not the first deal I have done with Herb Chambers Honda. In August of last year I also purchased a 2011 Honda Ridgeline from them. That was such a smooth deal I didn't even feel like I had purchased a car!! May have found a dealer for life. More

I don't know where to start . This has to be one of the best car buying experiences I ever had . First off I looked online for a honda accord on herbchambers.com . When I got there I took my time looking around the lot at new and used accords (and nobody bothered me which is rear but nice because I had enough time to look over everything) so when I was ready I went inside to see mike ,unfortunately he was busy ( I showed up with no appointment) so I was set up with mike Rebola. But how I got mike and my time with him is what sets herb chambers apart from all other dealerships in my opinion. when mike f was busy he did come down to meet me though and tim I from service and adrial c and they all set me up with mike R (alot of other dealerships salespeople are fighting over the next customer and bad mouthing each other but not here) Mike was awesome (it felt like I was trying to sell him a car) it was the first time where I had a salesman look out for my best intrest (usually they are trying to up sell you everything but again not here)what I mean by that is when I told him how many miles I do a year he explained to me the best way to get the best value for my money (but of course I didnt listen to him even though he was right because I already had my mind made up)but what I liked was he was not pushy .He asked me what I was looking for ( model, used ,new ,interior or cloth seats sunroof or not) when he found out what I wanted he showed me everything he had with what I wanted NOT what he could upsell me on like other places do so moving on when I picked the car I wanted we went inside to come up with price( the one thing everyone hates at a dealership) I can not believe how outstanding this part was > I told him what I would be comfortable paying a month ( I was financing) and that was it he came back with a price with all taxes inclueded that put me right at where I wanted to be NO haggeling or bs just straight to the point ,done deal. got everything I wanted at a price I wanted without doing anything ( I could go on about mike but i don't want to right a book as this is the short version already) but all I can say is if your looking for a salesman thats honest and looking for YOUR best intrest Mike Rebola and herb chambers is the way to go. I also like to give a shout out to kevin R who when I took my car for delivery sat with me for an hour going over everything about the car and setting up and programming everything(usually places just put you in the car go over basics for like 10 min then send you on your way ) but kevin took his time went ouvr every little detail some twice if I didn't understand ( a whole hour) this is what sets herb chambers apart from the rest More
