I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Honda Insight here. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle here, and my family's 8th transaction with this dealership. Mike Rebola was very friendly and informative, even staying past his scheduled hours twice to accommodate my schedule in the signing of the papers and the delivery of the car. When I signed the papers, Paul Zito was the finance manager who helped me. Not only did he get me a great deal on the financing, he was very succinct in his explanation of all of my options and what I was signing. A few days after I drove away in the car I experienced a problem with the passenger window going up and down and Tim Islip in the service department helped me get the issue resolved at no cost to me, and with very little of my time spent. Bottom line; this experience reminded me why I have made the decision to do business here 7 times in the past, and I will do business here again, in addition to servicing my Insight here. And I LOVE my new car! I was coming out of a car with a lot more features and thought i was making a sacrifice to cut costs, but this car has exceeded my expectations in every way. More

I was in the market for a 2013 Honda Pilot since my lease of a 2011 Honda Pilot was up and after getting an online quote from Boch Honda, I decided to go down and get a quote from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. When I arrived at Herb Chambers on a Thursday, Phanuel Moise was my sales person and at first he seemed like he wanted to help me. He pulled my credit and I was told that I couldn't lease another vehicle without a co-signor so instead I looked into purchasing my current lease. The whole time he was all over the place and didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. After being told about 5-6 times that it would only take another 5 minutes, I was there for close to 4 hours until the finance manager said he needed a couple days to work on it and he would call me on Saturday, which I figured that was normal. I told the finance manager that I would put down $2,000 for a finance. I called Phanuel on Saturday afternoon and left a message. He returned my call that evening and I explained to him that I have not heard back from the finance manager and he said that he will call me on Monday. I asked Phanuel if my mom co-signed on a new lease what would the monthly payments be with $1,000 down rather than putting the $2,000 that I was originally going to do with the finance. He said that he will submit it to the bank and it will take another couple of days to find out how much it would be. I said okay and looked forward to talking to someone on Monday. The finance manager called me on Monday afternoon telling me that he got me approved to finance my current vehicle. I told him that I may have a co-signor to lease instead and he right out told me that I would need close to $5,000 down to get their promotion they were running and a co-signor is only good to get a person approved and not for the lower rate, which I knew that wasn't right. He seemed ignorant about me being interested in leasing and when I spoke with Phanuel he insisted on acting like I also needed close to $5,000 down when the weekly promotion was $2,995 down. For another day Phanuel gave me the run around on how much a lease would be with a co-signor and every time he called me he said a couple of times "now I know what you want". I couldn't get anymore clearer on asking what my monthly payments would be with a co-signor with $1,000 down, but finally from initially telling him on Saturday that I wanted to know how much it would cost me to lease with a co-signor that had excellent credit, he told me on Tuesday that it would be $297 a month for 27 months. Then I asked him if he could get a few more hundred dollars for my trade in since it was in very good condition and they only wanted to give me $22 dollars above KBB for good condition. I thought that was very fair. I also asked him to please call me back that night since I was already a week past my end lease date I needed to make a decision and purchase or lease within the next few days or I would have to pay for another month on the vehicle which I didn't want to do. Well Phanuel never called me back that night nor when I left a message the next day he didn't call me back so I went to my local dealership of Majestic Motors Honda in West Warwick and it only took less than 10 minutes to get a printout of how much my monthly payments would be with $1,000 or $1,500 down with everything in black and white. When I got out of there and called Phanuel up to see what his status was, customer service said he was away from his desk. I asked to speak to a sales manager and explained to him the situation. Not only was he rude, but he said that the price of $297 was for $2,000 down, not $1,000 so I could see what why he was ignoring me. He was only trying to get me in the door to get another $1,000 out of me when he even repeated to me that I only wanted to put $1,000 down. It's bad enough people hate dealerships because sales people play games and lie, but to have to go through this, I didn't even want to go to another dealership, but not only did Majestic Motors treat me with the highest respect, at no time did I feel any deceit or like I was being lied to or screwed in anyway. Not only did I just sign the papers to lease a 2013 Honda Pilot for cheaper than Herb Chambers wanted to sell me one, but I got what I wanted for my lease trade in and I had the most respectful, no game playing salesperson guy that anyone could ever ask for at Majestic Motors Honda...and the best thing is I got the top tier rate for my lease and it only took 1 day to get approved and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I couldn't be any more pleased...its just a shame that I had to experience this nonsense at Herb Chambers. I will never give my business to them or think about them again. Phanuel could learn a thing or two from Dave at Majestic. More

I was referred to this dealership by a co-worker, and specifically to Cliff Stern. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and drove home in a new Honda CR-V on Saturday afternoon. Cliff was very honest and helpful to me, as well as friendly and knowledgeable about the model I was looking for. Additionally, Bill Panaccione did a great job in the financing of my vehicle. Again, Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. It was obvious that Bill really enjoys his job. My only disappointment was that it was very busy on the Friday afternoon I went to the dealership and I had to wait about an hour before I was helped. I went to see a specific salesperson, so I do understand that he was not immediately available as he was helping other customers. However, my husband and I were very surprised that, upon entering the dealership, no one approached us to greet us and ask what we were looking for. I think it is very important that someone be able to greet customers upon entering the dealership and direct them to a salesperson. Cliff and Bill were terrific, but I wish we had been greeted upon entering the dealership. More
