I recently decided that I was going to purchase or lease a new Honda Accord or Toyota Camry to replace my existing 2007 Honda Accord which I had originally purchased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. After I v a new Honda Accord or Toyota Camry to replace my existing 2007 Honda Accord which I had originally purchased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. After I visited two Toyota dealerships to test drive the Camry, I visited two Honda dealerships (Herb Chambers of Seekonk was one) to test drive the Accord. I worked with Cliff Stern who was extremely helpful and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I test drove the Accord and I was extremely pleased with its performance and safety features. When I decided that I was going to choose the Honda Accord, Scott Birtles (Sales Manager) made my decision an easy one. He indicated that he wanted me to remain a faithful customer of Herb Chambers and made me an offer that I could not refuse. This is the third consecutive Honda Accord that I have purchased/leased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. I want to personally thank Cliff Stern and Scott Birtles for keeping me as one of their regular customers. I also want to indicate that all the staff at Herb Chambers of Seekonk made my recent visit another pleasurable one. After asking specific questions of several dealers I felt that Herb Chambers Seekonk deserved a visit. I was introduced to Jordon who proceeded to detail the CR-V I was interested in. I have been to quite a few dealerships the past few months looking for a used car. I ran into a lot of rude dealers. I was treated differently once they new my credit wasn't too good. Jeff made our car buying, actually an enjoyable experience, he was calm, patient, knowledgeable, not pushy (which I loved) and friendly. We purchased our new car within 30 minutes and everything went as smooth as silk. Jeff took us out on a test drive, and made me feel so comfortable. He then worked with us on pricing and paperwork, again we couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. My Wife and I had some time start our search for a new vehicle and we decided to visit Herb Chambers as we were considering a Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. I called the dealership to ask if a vehicle was available for us to test drive and spoke with Cliff Stern, a sales representative at the dealership. We met with Cliff and he brought a van up for us to drive. Cliff was most helpful and courteous, allowing us to take the time we needed to make sure the vehicle was right for us. We had no intention of purchasing/leasing a vehicle that day as we had not yet driven the Toyota, however my wife really liked the Honda, it fit our needs and Cliff was able to get me the deal I was looking for. This was my second time going to Herb Chambers for a new (used) car, and each time I have been treated with kindness and the utmost professionalism. Phanuel was the first one to greet me when I arrived and I knew off the bat that he would help me get the car I was looking for. We ended up taking out a beautiful certified Honda Accord for a spin and I purchased it right after. Phanuel made everything super easy for me and the process was a piece of cake. Emilio in the finance department was also top notch and really explained all the terms in detail. I have already recommended friends/family to use Herb Chambers, but now I will also let them know that the staff down in Seekonk is worth the drive. I visited Herb Chambers Honda for a recall on my CRV, the work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and work was done professionally and quickly. Also Tim advised me that my brake light was out , he offered the service but did not push it. I replaced the brake light after I left the dealership. What impressed me the most is that all vehicles can use additional service (mostly ones like my CRV with 100+ K on them , but Tim and his crew didn't push and use high pressure, they offered advice and really seemed to care.
