Prompt Service While Traveling on vacation, our Honda Van began having some mechanical issues. We pulled into Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. We were greeted with a helpful simile from Ziad Rousan. After a quick explanation of our issue, our van was diagnosed with a serpentine belt issue. Ziad explained the repairs and cost. An hour and half later our van was washed and repaired. The total time was around 2 and half hours from start to finish. During this time, Josh allowed us to test drive a new CRV. Thank you everyone at Herb Chambers Honda keep up the good work! More

Price of $69.00EACH is a rip off. I expected a price bump but more than 3X what NAPA sells for and they are making money. NOT WORTH IT, wont go again for other work. Follow-up to my last review. Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex back in October, and just to repeat myself, John Vieira will be the ONLY person I will buy a car from, no one else. He's professional and went above and beyond. Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is lucky to have him on their team. To make a long, long, long story short, the Flex experienced an issue that was unexpected and something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. However, The GM, Scott Birtles, the Service Director, Tom (sorry, didn't catch his last name), and John all stepped up and got it taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised and felt taken care of. Although what happen to the car was quite frightening, the way I was taken care of made me feel better. I just got the car back and not sure if it's really all "good to go", but I was assured to contact Tom if anything else comes up. I normally equate car salesman to basically snake oil salesman, but that's not the case with the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. If and when I need a new car, I will not be going anywhere else. Why would I when I an just go to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk? More
