Matt was EXCELLENT in EVERY way. I had gone to another Toyota dealership (PRIME in Lancaster) prior to going to Herb Chambers in Auburn. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE! I will NEVER buy a vehicle there, EVER, and I Toyota dealership (PRIME in Lancaster) prior to going to Herb Chambers in Auburn. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE! I will NEVER buy a vehicle there, EVER, and I DO NOT recommend them. To me, customer service is EVERYTHING! A lot of dealerships sell Toyota vehicles, so there are plenty to choose from. This is the SECOND New car I buy from the Herb Chambers Auburn dealership and I will be a FOREVER customer because of the customer service they provide.
