Thing where not done rite! First they tried to renig on my trade in price Then they didn't go over all the options of the truck. I made a appointment to meet her and buy a truck. When I arrived she was Like I'm blah blah But this is the guy who will help you. That was so uncool !!! As far as what the truck looked like when I picked it up just average.'They left a small Scratch rite on the drivers door very noticeable. They touched it up and it was fine. All and all I love my new truck ! The dealer not so much. More

Didnt start out verywell. Purchased my vehicle at Herb Chambers Toyota. In Auburn. Found the vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity. They went and picked it up for me. That was ver Purchased my vehicle at Herb Chambers Toyota. In Auburn. Found the vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity. They went and picked it up for me. That was very nice. Now the issues start. First the cd player didnt work, now it does. And now that it works, I cant play any cds because they got stolen out of my car, also my mass pike transponder, my grandaughters carseat. Also a new steering wheel cover. You just cant make this stuff up. They brought my vehicle to westboro on March 14, which is a Monday. Spoke to Lisa in the service dept, she stated they couldnt fix it. So they called Dan in Auburn. Stated they brought it to Braintree on Thursday, which is March 17th. So where was my car Tuesday and Wednesday. The GM in Braintree stated they didnt receive my vehicle until Thursday. The GM in Braintree stated they fixed my car and then went back to Auburn. More

Chontell Guerraz was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I went in with the internet ad for the vehicle I was interested in and there were a number of them to select from. None of what you get from other places –where they “pull you in” and tell you “sorry but the last one was just sold.” Chontell skipped all the back and forth (what I had gone through elsewhere) and got me the car right away while explaining all of the available options. Best all around, thank you Mark Hoenig and Jeff Krasner I just took possession of my 2nd Avalon from Herb Chambers working with Jeff Krasner and Marque Hoenig. They certainly know how to run a business and I just took possession of my 2nd Avalon from Herb Chambers working with Jeff Krasner and Marque Hoenig. They certainly know how to run a business and get the job done with the customer top of mind. They also service our 2006 Avalon and have is humming like it is brand new, and my husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee. There is no reason to ever venture elsewhere. No hassle deals or trying o get you to do extra repair work, straight forward the whole way. Excited to hear that they are expanding the service area that Jeff Krasner leads. They are so good that they need to expand for customers know it is the place to go no matter how far away, and we are 30 minutes from there! Just Great! More
