I asked Alex many questions about the RAV4, even after I had done all my research. Alex explained all the safety systems, drive modes, and the drive settings and how they affected vehicle performance. Alex’s explanations were easy to follow. This was my first vehicle purchase that included a multitude of safety, driving, and multimedia systems. Although I didn’t test drive the RAV4 at Herb Chambers, I asked Alex what a test drive would entail with him. Alex stated that he would always go over all the safety systems with a prospective buyer and then give them the keys and let them test drive it themselves with OR without his presence. The ‘vehicle fit’ is put back in the hands of the buyer, not the seller at this dealership! Tim Nguyen, Sales Manager. Tim was probably most instrumental in the purchase of my Toyota RAV4 XLE. Tim really listens to you and thinks outside the box to come up with viable solutions. He had an SUV on the lot where he added in a feature that made it comparable to the vehicle I wanted. When it came to my trade-in, Tim was fair and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
