Heritage Subaru Owings Mills

I just became aware of a "bait and switch" technique that Heritage Subaru performed on my elderly mother. My mom agreed on a $21K price on a basic Impreza and once she started signing the paperwork with the Heritage Subaru performed on my elderly mother. My mom agreed on a $21K price on a basic Impreza and once she started signing the paperwork with the finance department, she was HEAVILY pressured to get multiple warranty add-ons and was told she could not get the car without these add-ons. NOT true! Her $21K turned into a $30+K BASIC IMPREZA with a 18.6% interest rate (credit score of 650)! She is paying $706.17 for a BASIC 2022 IMPREZA! WHAT!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is elder abuse and I will be pursuing action against your dealership for taking advantage of someone like this. She is in her mid 70's and you took advantage of some vulnerabilities. Shame on you! I will be spreading this information to my friends/family/colleagues and will be posting widely on social media. I do not know how you all can sleep at night taking advantage of people like this. More
