However, Isaiah was very patient with me. After a few days We were able to make a deal it was awesome. Isaiah was patient, polite and we had some good laughs too. He was comfortable to work with. If he didn’t know an answer he would find out quickly. He had his first double up helping me and another guy at the same time. He managed it very well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Jerry greeted us at the door on day one and was very pleasant to deal with. Although I knew what I wanted I felt he was guiding us in the right direction as far as options. I have leased/purchased multiple vehicles from Heritage, and I knew I wanted to return there when my lease was up. I was assigned Isaiah as a sales person and I'm very glad I was. Jerry made getting my dream car a breeze. I was always made to feel like a priority and made himself available even on his time out of the office. As for Heritage Toyota, they seemed great and time will tell if they remain as supportive through the next few years but I expect that they will. One thing wish (and this is more of a Toyota thing then heritage specifically) is that they included more the one oil change every 10k. I’ve always done oil changes on my vehicles every 5k or under and from my research on this engine, I will continue to do so. In general, Jerry was great and I’m looking forward to long/easy relationship with heritage. More
