Our car buying journey started in May of 2022 when we visited Heritage Toyota and spoke to Josh Cousino and Casey Morrow about a Highlander Hybrid. Between May of 2022 and Feb of 2023, Casey would keep us informed of our status on the long list that we were on for this particular vehicle. When the time came to finally purchase that vehicle, my husband had many questions about financing options and Casey would relay those questions to finance and get right back to us with answers.....and we had MANY questions!!! The day we picked the vehicle up we were greeted by Josh and then Casey spent a lot of time going over the car. Rob Ploof also spent considerable time explaining the financing and the many options. We never felt pressured and always felt we were being listened to. Thank you to those three folks that were part of our car buying experience at Heritage Toyota. We highly recommend this dealership. If there is one thing that could be improved it might be the ease of scanning documents to send to customers and to be able to send those scanned images to more than one email address without having to rescan. My husband and I both wanted to receive that information, but it seems the program only allows one email address to be entered in.....perhaps this is something that could be looked into so that the sales person doesn't have to rescan to send that same information to another email. Basically if there are two people in the same household that want the information, the staff should be able to "reply all" to send that information. More

I wanted a very specific (rare) model and color. Matt told me the best way to get it would be to order it — which I did.
