I went here years ago trying to purchase a second Toyota and waited at least 30 mins and was ignored by sales employees. Took a chance this time and was amazed at the instant courteous service! I received a fair trade on my car and the sales representative was extremely sincere making sure all my needs were addressed and met. I came in pre-approved with an auto loan but they were able to find an even better rate. I purchased a used vehicle but was treated like I had purchased a new one! So many other dealerships don’t go the extra mile in service. Heritage made sure my car was detailed inside and out and included a full tank of gas! Given the high prices for gasoline, I was extremely grateful! The sales rep even followed up the next two days to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate great customer service and care!
