Our agent, Jorge, did a great job keeping us informed. Unfortunately I had to return vehicle due to poor maintenance and quality. Upon picking it up now my check engine light is on. First time here since moving from Texas to get service on my jeep. I immediately found the phone service and procedure to arrange service very trying and no one ever called back after leaving messages. Upon my jeep. Upon arriving for service, the parts department appeared a bit more concerned over chatting with friends and then to find out the part they advised was in stock was indeed not…told the parts department appeared was to come from another dealer…more time wasted…my time! When asked the parts dept agent if we could ask the 4 guys sitting 8 ft away chatting with other workers…his reply was “I don’t like doing business with them!” Very interesting statement! We then waited for Stacy to become available so I could make an appt for next day…on my time again and another 20 min one way drive. Next day I arrived, greeted by Stacy who got me checked in and said it would take about an hour and one hour later vehicle was ready…great service! So my issues are, I might look elsewhere moving forward with service on my jeep based on day one and the several phone attempts to speak with someone…the rift between the parts department and the chatty Kathy service guys…oh by the way…I was the one who first greeted them, not them. But Stacy was awesome! First impressions are lasting and not sure I want to spend anymore of my time to work around y’all’s issues and lack of professionalism. Too much competition to have y’all figure out what’s important on my time. The reason I gave one star is because in surveys 2,3 and 4 stars get tossed out. More

Probably the worst service that I have ever experienced when it comes to a dealerships service department. I was overcharged, not paid attention to, my service rep was rude and my engine light has been on when it comes to a dealerships service department. I was overcharged, not paid attention to, my service rep was rude and my engine light has been on since I left the dealership. Never again will I bring my truck here to get maintenance or will I ever be buying from this establishment in the future. More
Your dealership ordered a radio console for me. I was advised the radio came in and ready to be installed, I made an appointment came in and was advised that radio couldn't be installed. I called back after arriving home and called parts department and was told the July date has been removed and now was able to be ordered now. I have to wait another 3-4 weeks. The radio was ordered again April 18, 2025. I have no updates or haven't heard from anyone. Still waiting... More
Not very good customer service. Takes a long time to return calls. A lot of calls to dealership main line and no one picks up in service dept. I felt not important and not on the top of the list. Spent 65k and then get slow service repair. 4 weeks without vehicle and should have been 2 weeks max. Last 2 weeks replacing items that didn't need replacing. Expected GM to come out and say something when I picked up the vehicle to apologize for taking a long time but no didn't get that. Not recommending to anyone and will be leaving reviews on different platforms More
