Mr. NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS and never had the car analyzed to see what was wrong with the vehicle. My van was towed to Hollywood Jeep on March 2nd. I followed up with a visit on March 3rd. He the car analyzed to see what was wrong with the vehicle. My van was towed to Hollywood Jeep on March 2nd. I followed up with a visit on March 3rd. He and I discussed the problems I was having and the need for new tires and tire rotation. He promised to call me the next day with the price for the repairs. I didn't get my van back until March 10th. A young lady by the name of Allison and Steve Roth helped me out. More

HORRIBLE & STRESSFUL! !! Everyone there while I was there was also complaining..No organization or coordination..All over the map..Taking cars in to merely wait until they !! RIDICULOUS & only car manufacturers who work this obnoxious way..I can no longer rent or gave loaners due to allergies & very serious immune diseases! I waited..told to come at 7am yet mechanics come in at 8 & my service rep & manager at 9 so WHY did I have to torture my disabled body to get there at 7? Each time I went for the SAME problem I was told a different story! WHY is the NEW Wrangler CONSTANTLY giving me issues? A LEMON? IMO Dealer conveniently doesn't try to fix issue so it doesn't count for Lemon Law..A NEW vehicle shouldn't have issues!!! Already had a new clutch yet they told me nothing wrong! Now oil leak ruined a beautiful brick driveway..leak was confirmed twice & 3rd time they said there's no leak..perhaps tightened parts prevent leaks? A piece if junk vehicle made worse by inefficient SOMETIMES nice & sometimes nasty ppl to work with..I've owned cars for 50 years & have NEVER had soooo many issues with a vehicle or a dealership..Im sorry I bought the vehicle & sorry I bought it at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep!!! They stink! Chrysler is NOT up to par.. Next vehicle? I will return to Toyota, Mazda, BMW or Mercedes where I ALWAYS receive quality merchandise with NON STRESSFUL quality service!! More
