They looked into a intermittent problem where I was unable to start my truck because of what appeared to be a power issue. I provided a video of the behavior. I highly recommend Honda of Lincoln because of their great service and friendly staff. The service manager, Scott Rose has always been very helpful. When I traded in my 2013 CR-V on a 2021 CR-V, the used car service adviser, Dave Rose gave me an excellent deal on the trade-in and on the newer car. The used car sales consultant, Kaylea Ramirez was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When we picked up the "new" car it had been detailed to perfection. It looked like a brand new car!
