After finding a Honda Element online at Honda of Lincoln, I called the dealership even though it was late in the day. A nice receptionist answered and I asked her to transfer me to her favorite sales person I called the dealership even though it was late in the day. Russ answered; he was nice and helpful even though it was closing time and he didn’t know how serious I was about driving over three hours for a used car. A few texts later, I had the car held and was grateful to get to buy it today. The process was easy, the dealership was beautiful and everyone was nice. Russ was my kind of salesman because he was helpful, personable and not pushy… no slimy-used-car-guy feel ;) It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and strongly recommend Honda of Lincoln.
