You should call them drop off times not appointment times. I would not then expect my car to be worked on at the time stated. I am there at the time I am told. More

Honda provided me a fairly common answer to software related issues saying an update is coming and to just wait for it. Meanwhile, my 2026 model Honda was not functioning as intended for 3 months. No up More
