Honda provided me a fairly common answer to software related issues saying an update is coming and to just wait for it. Meanwhile, my 2026 model Honda was not functioning as intended for 3 months. The dealer did the right thing and kept investigating and made the decision to change parts. No surprise to me, after replacing parts, everything works as intended. Honda obviously makes excuses to avoid warranty expense and it's a good thing that dealers can still hold them accountable. More
