Russ took the time to show me a great selection of Honda Civic's as well as excellent used options. Russ was well informed of all Honda products. I visited with my 80 year old mother who has dementia and Russ was very patient and gentle. I'm the type of person/buyer who does not like to be smothered by a salesman. Russ did not do this and for this I'm extremely thankful. I have bought several Honda vehicles in different states such as Arizona and Nevada.
