He is friendly, easy to talk to, professional, explains things clearly, helpful, caring and fun- not exactly words some may describe in a car buying experience. He gave options without being pushy, just letting you know all available avenues you can take. He was intuitive and patient with me while I was deciding. Seems Honda of Lincoln was a dealership I may be able to trust. I called and got Russ to help with my interest in 2 certified used cars. Since I work 60 hours a week, Russ actually brought the vehicles to me at work to test drive. Wow! I fell in love with a used CRV in light blue and bought it the next day. Russ was so impressive in his level of service. Then yesterday I needed to use the service department and Dave and Laura were exceptional in making a dreaded visit become mind-glowingly easy and pleasant. I will always return to Honda of Lincoln and enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family. Bravo! Five stars! I'd give 10 if I could. More

Hands down, best dealership We’ve always been a Chevy family, but after the Chevy dealership that we were working with on buying a used vehicle (after having purchased a brand ne We’ve always been a Chevy family, but after the Chevy dealership that we were working with on buying a used vehicle (after having purchased a brand new vehicle from them a few years prior) kept screwing around with us, we decided to give Honda a go. Derek was great to work with, no BS sales tactics, no hassle, really great guy. Chad got us in and out with the financial end and even helped us with figuring out a better payment plan. We bought a used Pilot this time around, but will definitely be buying brand new from Honda of Lincoln come that time. I would send everyone I know to Honda when they need a vehicle, new or used. We reached a tentative agreement and I confirmed multiple times that everything was good before making the trip. Fortunately Nathan was happy to keep me updated. After checking out the vehicle I wanted we confirmed the terms of the sale. Chad was great in walking us through the purchasing process and warranty options.
