While Justin was friendly and professional when he took my money, I didn't care for him schmoozing me when it came to signing me up for a maintenance pkg. If there are different levels available, show me the list and let me choose. If i turn down the most expensive option, don't tell me you can give me "a deal" because I'm a first time buyier with Honda. Seriously, Justin, I'm blond by choice, not stupid.
