When I asked for a copy of the cars he was showing me online he said that he didn't need to because it was online. He was unfriendly and a bit rude. I did not end up buying a car here. More

I felt both treated with respect and that my time was valuable-- we negotiated numbers and came to an agreement fairly quickly. There was a slight delay in getting the car, which was outside of the dealership's control, but I really appreciated how Valerie handled it. She immediately told me about the issue and kept me informed during the process. The entire experience was pleasant and I will definite go back to Valerie and Tenafly Honda for my next car. More
