Successful but not without some difficulty This is the fifth Honda my husband and I leased from Honda of Tenafly. I thought we deserved better treatment from some of the employees. Frank LaRocca was attentive and responsive as he was previously. He took time to explain everything and when he did not know the answer he spoke to management to obtain the answer. Were my husband and I to lease or purchase another Honda vehicle we definitely we ask for Frank. William Bonet is truly a "Honda Genius." He knows how to operate all the technical improvements and he was very patient in explaining them. He was not upset when I asked him to go over matter a few times. I was very impressed that after he finished he gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any further questions. Justin Bivone explained his delay in responding to our inquiry. I accept his explanation. He was helpful in explaining why the payoff amount was different from the total 39 payments. Harry Sagong was also a disappointment. In 2017 when I leased the 2017 CR-V, Harry persuaded us to purchase a service package including oil changes and tire rotations. When we go over the 2020 contract I told Harry about my problem with the service package and whether he could help. He said he could not. If he sold me the package, he had an obligation to work with me to resolve it. Fank LaRocca who did not sell me the 2017 service package was able to resolve it to my satisfaction. Not Honda of Tenafly's finest day. More
