My Salesman, Thomas Phelps was top notch. 5 years earlier, I purchased a vehicle at Honda of the Avenues from him, and he remembered me. I am conflicted about giving the dealership only 4 stars. Especially considering I was pleased with the deal on the car that I bought. The people at the dealership are very nice, respectfully and very helpfu Especially considering I was pleased with the deal on the car that I bought. The people at the dealership are very nice, respectfully and very helpful. But here is my dilemma. There was a mixup or miscommunication on the original vehicle from the time I received an out the door offer via e-mail until I came in to actually look at the vehicle 2 days later. I was informed that vehicle (VIN) was sold the day before. But, there was another one exactly like it on it's way and would be here in a few days. I had no problem with that, since I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle. The replacement vehicle arrives and is still needing to be processed by the dealership. Much to my surprise after I agreed to the deal for the replacement vehicle (VIN) and started doing the initial paperwork.The VIN on the paperwork is the same VIN that I was told had been sold several days earlier. I was a little concerned that I might be laying down a large amount of cash and financing a vehicle that someone else was already in possession of. Ms. Linda provided me with a rational explanation and assurances that the car I was buying was in fact the car correct vehicle. Which I physically verified. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience of buying my new Honda at your dealership with Ms Linda and Mr Cyrus.In fact, one neighbor and one of my daughter's friend have asked about how I liked the car and the dealership. I highly recommended both. On a side note. I did look at a Honda, at a Honda dealership only 4 miles from my house. But, the initial contact and showing of the vehicle was more high pressure sales. So I left and tried your dealership 18 miles from my house, a week later. Glad I did! P.S. I didn't answer the question about the speed of my transaction because it is too subjective. In my case I wasn't in a hurry to buy a vehicle because I didn't need a replacement immediately. Since I hate car shopping. I do prefer to be in and out as quickly as possible. That is why I have purchased my last 3 vehicles on line. More
