If there was a no-star option I would've put that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, from the very top (management) to the middle (service reps) to the mechanics. Sent my car there 3x, 2 out the 3x were $10 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, from the very top (management) to the middle (service reps) to the mechanics. Sent my car there 3x, 2 out the 3x were $1000 visits, within weeks of each other. I was without my car for a week, both times. STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH MY CAR!!! It's a 2014 Cadillac XTS, not considered old yet. NOW MY AIR CON JUST WENT OUT YESTERDAY!!! A week and a half after getting it back, and 3 weeks after paying a grand to do something with the air conditioning system. Did the mechanics do this on purpose because I sent a 3- page complaint letter to Justen, their GM so they're sticking it to me financially??? Unbelievable, WORST SERVICE & MECHANICS EVER!!! More

In terms of sales, very knowledgeable, warm-hearted, and technically competent staff with a no-nonsense behavior. We left our car at the dealership because the convertible top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. A week later I was not able to get through the service dept. li top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. A week later I was not able to get through the service dept. line and my messages were not being answered, so I drove to the dealership in a rental car. To my surprise, the part had arrived and the car was almost ready to be picked up, but Jeff Huang was going crazy because one person had left and another was out sick. He was very apologetic and we were just so pleased that the car would be ready to be picked up the next day. Thanks. More
