It is nice to have a local Hyundai dealer who is so professional and pleasant to work with. I ordered a car and Shane, the salesman, was responsive and kept me updated on its delivery times. 2months & $600 later, car broke down the following morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months while they fiddle around NOT fixing the issue? Rude, inconsiderate, could not ever get in touch with management regarding our problems, just kept getting the run around. So when I finally got my car back, and it broke down the next morning..I had to pay to get it towed to Bozard Ford and traded it in. What an absolute waste of my money and time. I will never get a Hyundai from them again solely for this reason. Tunde literally talked crap about my husband directly to my face because he was STANDING UP FOR US AND MY CHILDRENS SAFETY IN THAT CAR. More
