Disappointed in CPO process Even though the CPO checklist would exclude a vehicle with a "damaged, pitted or repaired windshield" my 2019 Q50 vehicle ended up having a windshield Even though the CPO checklist would exclude a vehicle with a "damaged, pitted or repaired windshield" my 2019 Q50 vehicle ended up having a windshield that had been repaired, even though the CPO checklist had clearly stated that the vehicle did not have a repaired windshield (poorly repaired). My vehicle was a dealership vehicle so I assumed they would have known if it had been repaired or not. I also asked the salesman, Jason Morgan, specifically if the windshield had been repaired or was cracked as it had some small chips and a lot of bugs on the windshield making it difficult to inspect at the time of delivery. I related my disappointing experience with Toyota and how those repairs are always visible after a few weeks. The offered remedy was to have it repaired again instead of having it replaced. I spent $250 to have it delivered to avoid going to Atlanta (I live in Chattanooga). I had inquired if I needed repairs/CPO services if I could get it done at the Chattanooga dealership and was told I could. More
