Ide Honda is a family owned and operated Honda Dealership in Penfield, NY. It all started in 1970, when Dick Ide opened his first dealership in Fairport, NY. In 1973 he added the Honda franchise. A few years later, in 1977, he moved both dealerships to Panorama Trail.
In 1984, Dick's oldest son, Mitch Ide, opened Mitch Ide's Ideal Chevy-Olds-Geo in Geneseo, NY. Along with his wife, Anne, they ran the dealership until selling it in 2000.
In 2007 Mitch took on responsibility for the Honda dealership from his father and has been involved in daily operations. When we say family owned and operated, we mean it. Mitch is the owner, Anne is the CFO, their son, Rich is the VP.

I decided it was time to buy a new car and bought a another Honda CRV. This is my third CRV and my second one from IDE Honda. I worked with Jennifer Flammia during my sales process and she was knowledg another Honda CRV. This is my third CRV and my second one from IDE Honda. I worked with Jennifer Flammia during my sales process and she was knowledgeable, very helpful, and even made it an enjoyable experience. She took the extra time to review and demonstrate the various new features of the CRV and explained how they work. Jennifer also went above and beyond the normal sales support. When I was driving in to get my new CRV, I was wondering where was I going to get a new mounting strip for my EZ Pass. Before I got to mention it to Jennifer, she asked if I had an EZ Pass and gave me a new mounting strip that she had purchased and provides to her customers as a convenience. She also said that in the future if my remote fob needs a new battery, to stop by her office because she has a stock of batteries and will replace it for me. After the sale Jennifer, followed up with me to make sure the installation of my accessories went smoothly and to answer any questions I might have. I would work with Jen again when I buy my next car and I highly recommend her. More
