Ide Honda is a family owned and operated Honda Dealership in Penfield, NY. It all started in 1970, when Dick Ide opened his first dealership in Fairport, NY. In 1973 he added the Honda franchise. A few years later, in 1977, he moved both dealerships to Panorama Trail.
In 1984, Dick's oldest son, Mitch Ide, opened Mitch Ide's Ideal Chevy-Olds-Geo in Geneseo, NY. Along with his wife, Anne, they ran the dealership until selling it in 2000.
In 2007 Mitch took on responsibility for the Honda dealership from his father and has been involved in daily operations. When we say family owned and operated, we mean it. Mitch is the owner, Anne is the CFO, their son, Rich is the VP.

Instead of “dreading” having my Honda HRV (that I love…. and wish Honda would make a hybrid and/or electric version) serviced, I schedule online with Jim Milella as my Service Advisor. I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid from Ide in February and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the overall experience. It was great working with Brad Constantino! He took the time to go through all of the available options and answer my questions. I felt absolutely no pressure. I got what I thought was a very fair trade-in value for my old car. Although the vehicle that I wanted was not in stock, they were able to find one in my desired color within a few days. The financing process went smoothly. To top it all off, Brad was more than willing to continue to answer questions well after the sale. I’d highly recommend Ide to anyone looking for a new Honda! More

The financing process was smooth and easy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. She made sure that our queries were well answered and we get the deal what we were looking for. She arranged for a ride to the showroom to get our new car picked up.
