Those radio ads aren't kidding I was skeptical hearing Ide Honda's radio ads that stated they made car buying easy and fun. How could it be? Well, they succeeded. The showroom was no hassle, they have signs on the vehicles stating if you wanted to talk with someone, go to the welcome desk. We met our salesman, Gene Ake and immediately hit it off. We drove the vehicles we were interested in and let him know we were off to shop around. After a full day of car shopping, we called to set up and appointment for the next day to negotiate. Gene had told us that they don't play games and accept reasonable offers. We decided what our reasonable offer was, presented it and it was accepted. We were in and out in 1.5 hours, even after making it through F&I (which was similarly pleasant). We picked up our van on the next business day. After we got home my husband turned to me and said, "We just found our Honda dealer." (We live in the same town as another Honda dealer, but will travel across town to go to Ide.) More

They understood my car buying approach I do a lot of research before test driving a car. I eliminate cars that lack something I want. With Honda, there are 4 possible dealers to buy from I do a lot of research before test driving a car. I eliminate cars that lack something I want. With Honda, there are 4 possible dealers to buy from in the area I normally travel, buying from any one would be convenient. I try to pick out a car that is identical at a couple of dealers so I am comparing apples to apples! This time, it took me 6 months of on and off looking before I decided on a Honda CRV. MPG and reputation of Honda were the deciding factors. I test drove the car at another dealer, so when I arrived at Ide, it was "give me your best price" Ide offered me the lowest price compared to other dealers, no haggling, very easy and my price was lower than the lowest in KBB new cars. Very smooth transaction.. I'm very please with the CRV; first Honda I ever owned. Since picking it up, I'm averaging 28.1 MPG...excellent for a SUV. Thanks Al and Ide! More

This was by far the most pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. I worked with Rick Damico at Ide Honda and will personally never go to another Honda dealer in the area when we are ready to make another purchase. I walked in at 6:30 pm and left at 7:30 pm having signed a very fair deal for the purchase of a new Pilot and trade of my existing vehicle. Rick worked with us to inform us of all of the options the different models offered and we decided on the EX-L. He did not try to pressure us to upgrade to the higher model and quickly went to work with the business office to secure a fair deal for us. The same goes for Ashley in Finance, she educated us on all of the service options and respected our selection with no pressure to purchase what we weren't interested in. They were able to find the color we wanted and we picked it up within two days of our original visit without a single phone call inbetween. Ide provided a stress free experience with very knowledgeable employees and great customer service and care. I highly recommend Ide Honda. You will have a different experience here rather than the large corporate dealerships in the Rochester area. More

I have to say that the entire process was very pleasant. I purchased my last veichle from Will at Ide Honda. The 2018 Honda Accord is an awesome vehicle. I like 1.5 Liter turbo engine. The LED headlight improve visibility while driving in snowy and wet road driving conditions at night.
