He always greets me with a smile and is quick to check in my vehicle and get me to the waiting area (which is comfortable and super clean). Dana reviews the service order with me, provides a cost estimate and gets me out to the loaner car quickly. He knows his car stuff and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He follows up with a telephone call when necessary and is kind enough to notify me when my car is ready. No one likes to take make time for a vehicle service, but Barry and Dana make it so pleasant, it's much easier to tolerate. More
