Actually, we had planned to purchase from another dealership that he referred us to due to a specific color we desired and currently, the color was not in their inventory. We arrived at the other dealership and they had just sold the car we were interested in. Nevertheless, within days, Reggie received a shipment and decided to call to see if we purchased. Well...he delighted us in telling us that he just received a car that we might want. Bottomline, he gave us a.better deal than the car we originally wanted and the car was also a model with more bells and whistles!! I highly recommend Reggie Hammond. Haven't been pleased with the service department on several occasions. First our back camera doesn't always worked. They couldn't find the problem and asked us to bring it back while it was malfunctio several occasions. First our back camera doesn't always worked. They couldn't find the problem and asked us to bring it back while it was malfunctioning. We did and they didn't have time to look at it. Also had a simple latch issue that was simple enough they said they would have a junior mechanic look at it to same money. After waiting an hour past the scheduled service time they gave a $5 discount. I wrote about this in a prior review and the dealership replied, something to the effect, "we try hard to please our customers". It was insulting. The car was broken into via jimming the lock and the alarm never went off. I asked the dealer and they didn't know why. I followed up still didn't know why. The third time they said the alarm only goes off if the glass is broken. Very odd and I feel like they were humoring me at that point. What is the point of an alarm system if it doesn't work? More
