I am very disappointed in the navigation system I paid for. It is terrible and disappointed when I was told nothing could be done about it. This is my last Acura I would buy. I’m relatively new to taking my car to dealerships. The 2nd time I went for car service, I was paired with Yvonne and was/is spectacular. She doesn’t waste time and she’s 100% honest. As a young adult, I am constantly having to keep my eyes open for price gouging, but Yvonne is not that person. She’s always straight up with me and even gives me sound advise on my car, such as severity levels of the service that needs to be done. Instead of being how some people are & tell you the most expensive things needs fixing & it needs to be done ASAP. She works with my hectic work schedule and always accessible.
