Good Morning, I had an emergency with my car and I was able to reach Yvonne and let her know I was on my way in to the dealership. Overpriced for standard upkeep. $100 for new air filters?! “Recommended services” are completely overpriced for not being considered necessary. $160 to replace brake fluid. I asked $100 for new air filters?! “Recommended services” are completely overpriced for not being considered necessary. $160 to replace brake fluid. I asked Why does it need replaced? And why the exorbitant cost? And was just stared at. Waited 2 hours for oil change/tire rotation and then car sat in the bay finished for 20 mins before I asked for my car keys. This dealership should provide ultimate customer service for their prices. More
