Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the poor communication and frustration you experienced while waiting for your vehicle to be repaired. At the time of your request for a loaner vehicle, our Service Manager was out of the office and was unaware that a loaner had been requested. We would also like to clarify that Acura Corporate does not contact the dealership regarding matters such as loaner vehicle availability; these situations are handled directly at the dealership level. The timing of the loaner becoming available was not related to your contact with Acura Corporate. Regardless, we recognize that our communication should have been much better throughout the process. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience moving forward.
