Service representative was informative and responsive. It was just a routine service schedule. I really didn't agree with onboard computer code B123 specifying it was time for another transmission fluid c It was just a routine service schedule. I really didn't agree with onboard computer code B123 specifying it was time for another transmission fluid change since it was only 23,000 miles since the last one, especially since the manual itself calls for it every 30,000 miles and I was only at 86,000 total with this being the 3rd one since I purchased the Odyssey brand new. But it says something for your rep to have coached me into going ahead with it at this time. I did not feel badgered, she respected my knowledge and differing opinion. More
