After being paired up with Kiah, he helped me go through all the pluses and minuse I went into the dealership not knowing which model I really wanted. Not only did he bear with me as I went back and forth, he INSISTED that I drive each one a couple times so I could keep comparing. That meant putting the car seat in multiple times as my daughter was with. We spent the whole afternoon there and Kiah helped me come to the conclusion of which one I really wanted. He then proceeded to locate my dream car and color choice! Kiah far exceeded my expectations. He not only gave me superior service as a buyer, but treated me as a friend too.
