You can tell they are seasoned at their sales task and the entire process is made easy and stress-free. It is also the first time in my buying experience that I have ever left a dealership notably knowing the operational details and functionality of my vehicle. They are willing to go through the buying process at a pace of understanding that is comfortable for you. Simon’s support was excellent and the sales manager also offered me a good deal. Rob was very informative with me about the vehicle operations. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but from my experience, Land Rover Ft. A young lady named Debra from the internet department spoke to me first. She said she would see if the car was still available and call me back, which she promptly did. She set up an 11:300 appointment for me to see the car. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul Lutz, a bright young salesman who quickly showed us the car, Paul was very genuine and honest, he took me on a test drive, and guided me through a very easy and fair purchase process. I was given beverages while the car was prepared, washed again and filled with gas. I was taken to a lovely young woman named Morgan in the finance department to sign and pay.
