Bought a Jeep from Jerry Ulm. They did a terrible job installing the add-ons they were supposed to, to the tune that we cannot get them to install the LoJack they sold us and was They did a terrible job installing the add-ons they were supposed to, to the tune that we cannot get them to install the LoJack they sold us and was supposed to be installed before we left the lot. Took it in for service at Jerry Ulm and Andrew at service gave us a 5-day runaround to get the oil changed, then told us there was nothing they would do. I could think of some people I would recommend Jerry Ulm to, but frankly, I severely dislike those people and wouldn’t mind them getting taken to the woodshed. Those I care about, I make sure to advise ANYWHERE else on Earth for any vehicle purchase. Salesperson was great and I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and patience, but everything was downhill afterwards. More
