Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership. My salesman was very nice and easy to work with. The dealership had a large inventory to choose from which I liked. salesman was very nice and easy to work with. The dealership had a large inventory to choose from which I liked. More

Everyone was very pleasant including Jimmy Lewis and Raja in sales making the process easy and fast (Jeep Gladiator, 2021). The one person who made everything was Michael Carter in accessories. He's an amazi in sales making the process easy and fast (Jeep Gladiator, 2021). The one person who made everything was Michael Carter in accessories. He's an amazing worker. I had ordered numerous extra parts and he made everything happen in a timely fashion. He was always extremely punctual responding to my calls, texts, or emails. He went way above and beyond the call of duty to make me a very satisfied customer. I run a health care business and if he had that skill set, I would hire him in a flash! I can't say enough positive things about Michael Carter! More
The experience was completely unexpected. Relaxed, speedy and straightforward. It was a pleasure. I called to ensure the vehicle I was interested in was available, appointment was made and that was that. and straightforward. It was a pleasure. After buying a $90,000 dollar truck I only asked for a wax and a full tank of fuel. I waited an extra day to get this done. After getting to the shop I was told it was waxed and the tank will be filled bef wax and a full tank of fuel. I waited an extra day to get this done. After getting to the shop I was told it was waxed and the tank will be filled before I left. I checked the truck and it was NOT waxed. After being told it was and showing the scuffs on the paint that proved it was not waxed I was promised a wax at a later date. Sitting with the finance guy, Andrew, he offered a ceramic coating that last seven years for around $1000s. Knowing full well that a ceramic coating, at best, last two years I asked how often can I get it coated within those seven years. Andrew tried to say as often as I would like. I probed a little bit more and he conceeded in not knowing. Which is fine. I much rather someone say they didn't know for sure than feed me a line of crap... Andrew did a fantastic job, I enjoyed him. OK, the next day I get a phone call from my sales representative (Clint). He said informed me that it's standard practice to ceramic coat all new factory vehicles once they reach the dealer... I then asked why then is your company selling it as an "extra". She stumbles with an answer and conceeds that he may have been mis-informed... He scheduled me for my truck to get wax for the following day with out question or gripes.---interjection, I also enjoyed Clint. He was professional and happy.--- Im now sitting in the lobby waiting for my truck to get done and I get to talk to Noah, Clints manager. I decide to discuss these concerns with him. He informs me that it must have been a combined misunderstanding between the detailer, financer, and the sales rep. That I was not being lied to, that instead they don't know what they are talking about... I informed him that the "lack of tranning" seems to work out on the dealers end and not the person buying a vehicle. He told me Clint is paying for the wax out of his own pocket... I asked if thsts how it's always done. That the salesman pays for Detailing with their own money. He said, "yes, most of the times". It's at this point I bring up the "dealer add-ons" that they tried to slip in my paperwork. They tried to charge me about $2000s for dealer add-ons. I asked what the add-ons where. I was informed an extra GPS antenna, nitrogen in the tires, and a few other items... I built this truck online and brought it into this shop... I told them I want an itemized list of "extras" they put on my truck. After calling them out they removed the charge.... When I prompted Noah, his response was, "well we are a company. A company that has to have a profit." I know it was a backhanded joke, but I just bought a truck with an MSRP of $85k. How much of my Flippin money did they want... after the wax and ceramic fiasco I'm assuming as much as they can possible get. This was my first "zero" mile new vehicle I have ever bought. I didn't haggle and all I wanted was a wax and a full tank... I left this dealer feeling that they tried to nickle and dime me to death. If I wasn't keen on a few aspects they could have pulled the wool over my eyes and got away with it. My question is. Is this a normal practice at this comp? How many other people have they bamboozled just to make a profit. I lost all faith in this company and I will not be returning. I'm sorry for the lo g message, but I hope this helps. I hope this is not how all of the Dodge dealership works More
