I will be sure to speak with the sales manager regarding the communication failure. We understand that you are upset about your sunglasses, however, we don't believe that they are here. Your salesman has been down to the refurbishing building multiple times to search for your glasses. Your negative reviews are costing your salesman thousands of dollars, it's just not worth it to keep glasses that aren't his. We hope that you do locate them.
