Most confusing car purchase i have ever done. Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable and effective, It was down hill from there, the finance man was rude and condescending. I don't feel he adequately explained the numbers at all. I had to ask him for my bill of sale and other papers, he was sending me home empty handed. When car arrived from Jim Butler Centralia mo...the A/C wasn't working. There was no freon and this is a new car. I'm sure many people had been involved with this car at this point and no one knew it was 90 degrees plus... So a courier brought it to the house after it was fixed, when he took dealer plates off, there were no temp tags ( could this be the responsibility of fiance guy, i think so) so courier had to go back to dealership to get such tags. So that is the explanation why they got such a low rating. More

The sales side of the dealership deserves high marks. Service not so much. As a customer your on their time. Poor communication, disorganized, not transparent, poor follow-up. We bought a vehicle brought in from their Linn location, was never told we would not be able to take home day of purchase.
