We understand how frustrating it is to encounter a problem immediately after purchase, especially after multiple visits to Tesla for diagnosis. Because Tesla handles software, diagnostics, and warranty repairs directly, our ability to replace or repurchase the vehicle is limited based on their policies and availability.
