The whole experience from buying my new truck till now has been a nightmare. The sales guy Tyler who made us the deal was nice but he went on vacation and the guy who took over was unpleasant and rude. I has been a nightmare. When I went to pick up the Truck it was dirty and not filled with gas. I said something to Tyler and he told me it would be an hour or longer to get cleaned. Very snoody. I told him that I would wait. November 3rd the transmission went out on the truck and it only had 6k miles on it. The shop had the truck for almost 90 days and the only communication I received was texts from Kayla in the Service Shop. Her communication skills and overall attitude is horrible. I finally got the truck back in the middle of January and then in March my battery went bad. So I had to have it sent back to the shop. So no my experience was awful and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
