While we’re glad to hear that Tyler initially treated you well, we’re very sorry that the transition during his absence was handled poorly and that your vehicle was not properly detailed or fueled at delivery. That should not have happened, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We are especially concerned to hear about the mechanical issues you experienced so early in ownership and the length of time your truck was in our service department.
