Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We understand and share in your frustration regarding the rentals. GM and Ally have changed our rental policies. While we wish we had control over this, we do not. We have been careful to stay competitive with the market and we are glad to say that we have the cheapest daily rate for our rentals in the STL area without a deposit.
