On March 30, 2022, Mike Collins called to let us know a 2022 Equinox had arrived at your dealership. He remembered that I had mentioned wanting to trade my 2018 Equinox, but with the pandemic, I had not accrued many miles, so I had decided to wait. We were certainly impressed that Mike remembered our conversation and took the initiative to call us when a 2022 white Equinox came in that day.
