Hello thank you for asking - to be honest our last visit was horrible. I called and talked to a Sydney and told her that we had a flat tire and we needed it changed and replaced and we usually get the nitro was horrible. I called and talked to a Sydney and told her that we had a flat tire and we needed it changed and replaced and we usually get the nitro in our tires and she said it's expired, but if you come in today, we will validate the nitro refill I pay for that and then they will cover the tire up to $200 I said great we'll be in so we went on on Friday. We went in waited two hours then the lady came back and said she can't honor that another lady I think her name was Stephanie and I said well that's interesting so that means Sydney just lied to us. And to top it off, come to find out even if they did honor it they did not have any tires so we wasted our time and hours that we lost at our work because of the situation and the only thing that Stephanie could tell us is that she would speak to Sydney and her supervisor and nothing was done all we got out of. It was them switching our donut tire from the front to the back. So that was a bad taste in my mouth and my husband is going to be buying a car in two years or less and we thought about going through you guys now I have other thoughts just very disappointing. More
