What you described is not the level of communication or service we strive to provide. We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding the nitrogen refill and tire coverage, especially after rearranging your schedules and waiting for an extended period of time. We also apologize for the lack of tire availability, which should have been communicated clearly before your arrival, to avoid wasting your time. We regret that the follow‑up you were promised did not result in a resolution and that the only outcome was the tire being moved. We can completely understand how this would leave a bad impression, particularly when you were considering us for a future vehicle purchase. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and review what happened so we can address the breakdowns internally and see if there is anything we can do to make this right.
